Floater Insert Position.
as i was un boxing the inner part of the floater fell out and I don't know if the open end goes up or down

The trapped air inside the cup will make the cup float up when submerged in water, as in when you're using it as a wet vac. So the correct way to install the float cup is to install it with the open side down, closed side facing up toward the motor opening. Hope this helps.
