The likely problem is the power supply. If no ports work at all and there are no lights then check the power supply to the unit is good. Verify that if a fuse is fitted in the plug that it is OK. It could be that the wiring in the plug has broken and that will require a new plug. If you have the skills to test it OK but if not get an electrician to verify if all is OK. Try a different outlet if it on an extension.
