I Paid For Car Parking As Part Of The Ryanair Flight Package But When I Rang

Jet Parks, for where the parking booking is supposed to be, they have no record of my car or my name yet. I do NOT want to turn up at the airport and not be able to automatically gain access on the ANPR system. How I wish I'd booked independently with a car park service, as I have done before, with no problems. Jet Parks told me ths is a new service in conjunction with RyanAir & that it's having teething troubles! Amazing! If Ryanair are doing the job properly, their system should instantly transfer the info and the customer should have confirmation. I need to be sure that I can get into the park at least 2 hours before check in time & out up to 2 hours after landing time. All RyanAir ask for on the booking form is your car reg. no.. This is not enough as if you book on the car park's website they want to know what time you'll arrive and leave.
