Booked and paid for 5 twin promenade cabins on Deck 7 on Voyager of the seas from Sydney to NZ return on 7 december 2013 as early as February 2013 for 10 persons (6 adults of which 2 are 70 yrs) chn ages 7,10 (2), 14 from Flight centre This is to celebrate my 70th birthday with my children and grandchildren. Quite disappointed that we were not offered any shipboard credits at all nor did we receive any consideration in prices for seniors and the young chn Was it because we booked too early in the year or should we have booked through the internet where offers were made? Subsequently our travel agent at Flight centre left and I felt I need to know directly from you Would appreciate a reply from your company Thank you Annie Yeoh
