Purchased App But The Units Have Not Been Unlocked As They Should Have?

I purchased the app on my smartphone for R2000 and everything worked for the first day (I could do any of the activities/units) but then when I went back onto the app a few days later it still showed me my progress in the activities, however they have all been locked once again as they were in the "trial version" even though I purchased the app.

I recommend calling Rosetta Stone customer service at 1 (800) 767-3882. They should be able to help you.
