I Bought R.s For Italian Then I Ordered Another For German But Can't Open It,wh

In my computer, there is already Rosetta Stone software for Italian yesterday I just got Rosetta Stone for German but cannot use it. Every time I open Rosetta stone, it's the italian page that opens.
