What Is Minor Error 3217

I don't know what it is but I know how it affects my Rosetta Stone program. Whenever I run an anti virus scan, the anti virus program puts most files from Rosetta Stone in quarintine disabling the program and giving me a 3217 minor error. Reinstalling from quarantine does not work. Exclusions to the anti virus do not work. The only thing that works is to reinstall Rosetta Stone over your existing program until the next time an antivirus scan is run. Antivirus recognzes Rosetta Stone as malware. Contact Rosetta Stone if this is your problem.
