Error 5118 Never Solved -- Refund, Please!

I have been trying for days to get help with error 5118 and so far, all I've done is wait on hold and then finally speak with someone who can't solve the problem. I leave for France in two weeks and this is NOT HELPING.  I want a COMPLETE REFUND because this product is totally useless to me.
