Error Code 10
Requests for more information
I tried many time to connect netflix on Roku but it was still the same error code. Howevere, when I tried to reset my roku and connected netflix again, I couln't access to my account netflix. They popped up a message that "the login request failed. Please verify that the information entered is correct....", but I'm sure my pass and user are both corrected because I could log in website.

Update: Still not having luck with mine at 9:20 central....looks like some type of cloud issue....on Amazon's cloud, which Netflix uses to some degree (explains some of the Amazon outages below too perhaps)....see this link:

Try downrightnow.com/netflix (at the suggestion of the Roku message boards, which shows disruption with their service.
