Recently Purchased Roku Player And I Can Not Connect To My Router.

I keep receiving a code14 error. I verified my network and password are correct. Not sure what else I need to do. I have other devices that have connected with no problem

I was recently working with the ROKU 2 XS and had similar issues.

Although some recommendations indicated that you should perform the setup with a hard wire connection, and then configure the wireless while still hard wired from the settings menu of the Roku.  I'm not entirely convinced that it was necessary.

I found that the security mode of the router may have been the culprit.  I found that WPA2-PSK security did not work.  Some info from Roku validates this as a big possibility.  Recommend trying without security.  I ended up using WPA-PSK on an Airlink 101 XR MIMO router.  Also, I needed to unplug the ROKU device between router configuration changes.  I found that once the ROKU failed, it could not seem to recover properly until I did that.

Hope this helps.
