How To Cancel Roadrunner Account

If you decide to discontinue your Road Runner® service, please follow the steps below.
- Click to contact us via live chat.
You will be credited for any prepaid service effective with the date of cancellation. Any charges you may owe will be due at this time. Bright House Networks - Birmingham will take back the Internet Protocol (IP) address assigned to your system when you discontinue your service. - Return your cable modem.
- Delete all software.
Delete all software that is part of the Road Runner service.
