Error Message: Offline
While trying to place a call I received the following error message: "Cannot place the call since there is no connection to server. Please try again later." When I tried to go into settings, I received this message: "The application is offline, so the settings you've selected aren't available. Please try again later." Why am I offline and how do I fix this?

"Offline" means there's no Internet connection. If you're able to read this answer, you're online now, so try again.
Anytime you're unexpectedly offline, the solution lies with your Internet Service Provider
