Ricoh C5502 Error Code Sc503-00
Tray 3 is normally set for 8.5 x 11 paper. someone placed 11x17 paper, and now the fault code is displayed. Is there a way to reset the tray back to 8.5 x 11?

Hi, by default these trays are usually set to auto detect, so they will automatically "know" what size paper you put in. If your tray isn't set for auto detect, you can enable it (or set it back to 8.5 x 11) by going to User Tools > System Settings > Tray Paper Settings > Tray 3 Paper Size.
You'll also have to turn the copier off and back on to reset that error code.
