Unable To Scan Richoh Aficio Mp C2000 Pcl5c
i have richoh aficio mp c2000 pcl5c connected on network
others can scan through network but i am unable to scan
i am using windows7 64 bit os any one help me plz

Some things to check are:
- Make sure you've entered your username and password correctly when setting up your scan folder information on the copier. Go into the address book and retype both of these items to be sure they are correct.
- Do a connection test to make sure the copier can get to your folder. In the address book, select your folder and go to the Folder tab, then below where the path name is typed out, touch Connection Test. If this fails, the copier can't reach or see your folder.
- Check on your computer to make sure the copier can write to your folder. Check the permissions -- the group Everyone should have write and modify permissions, so that the copier can send your file to this folder.
If other people can scan to folder and you are the only one who can't, the problem either lies in the setup of your scan folder or in the information entered into the copier. By checking the items above, you should be able to find where the problem is and resolve it.
