Error 999 When Powered On
After turning on I get error 999

sc999 could be caused by two things: ink clogging inside the printer or a motor lock. One thing to try is to turn the printer on and off 5 times in a row. If the error code isn't cleared, you'll probably have to call a Ricoh technician to troubleshoot and service the printer.
