Where Is The Id Sensor Located On A 242sf Printer?
I have a 242sf printer and the code SC400 and the answer that I get is dirty ID sensor.My question is, where is the ID sensor located in my 242sf printer?Your help is greatly appreciated.Thank you

The sensors are located on the fusing unit there is 3 of them. However if you will remove the black or the front toner cartridge you should find a slide lever. you will slide it to the left. They say you only do it one time, before I could get rid of the error I slid it 3 times and it cleared the error.
