Scanning To Email
I would like to scan to email. However I am not sure how to set this up on the Ricoh Aficio MP 201. Do you have a set of steps that can follow to get this setup?

Setting up scan to email can be easy or hard, depending on how your network mail is set up. On simple networks, all you'll need to input is the SMTP server address (in User Tools > System Settings > File Transfer). This can either be the IP address or the hostname (as long as you have input the DNS server address already).
Once you've input the correct SMTP server address, you can scan to your email address by manually typing the address on the scan screen, or you can save the email address(es) in the address book (User Tools > System Settings > Admin Tools > Address Book Management) by selecting New or New Program and entering the name and email address.
