Pilot Light Issues

when trying to light the pilot light it goes put as soon as I release the pilot button. It does light but no matter what will not stay lite. I have blown the area out with air to clean and webs or bugs.

A poor pilot flame - low gas pressure or blocked orifice. A flame that is set too small. An insufficient supply of gas. A bad or loose thermocouple.

What does it mean when your pilot light won't light?

If your pilot light won't stay alight, it might be the thermocouple. Sometimes dust buildup collects on the thermocouple and blocks the sensor. Try cleaning the thermocouple and then relighting the pilot light. If it continues to go out, the thermocouple might need to be replaced.
