If I Uninstall Then Reinstall Rhapsody App On My Ipod, Will I Lose All The Songs

3rd generation ipod touch; rhapsody app installed from ipod's App Store app; premier subscription.

Rhapsody doesn't actually download any songs. They are all streamed so no you will not.
