Why Did Redbox Try To Charge My Card Twice Last Month?
I put money on my little prepaid Visa and tried to get a couple of movies for the night yet at three separate machines I was told it would not authorize my card. I called Visa and they told me that Redbox tried to charge my card twice last month; once for around $52.00 and another time for around $64.00. I'd like to know why and what I can do about this.

The reason Redbox would have tried to charge you those amounts is if you did not return a movie or game within the time allowed which is 25 days. If you feel this is an error you can call them at 1.866.733.2693. Just follow the directions and have the visa prepaid card available as they will need the last 4 digits of the card number.
