The Redbox Transaction Terms and Conditions state that if you rent or purchase a defective on-demand content, you can get a refund of the rental or purchase price if a replacement with a non-defective content is unavailable.

How do I dispute a Redbox charge?

To report a disc problem or get more info, call Redbox Customer Care at 1.866. 733.2693.

What is Redbox return policy?

To incur a single daily rental charge, you must return your rental by 9:00 p.m. the next day in the time zone where you return your rental.
