How Do You Find Downton Abbey Season 1 On Redbox?

Why isn't Downton Abbey Season 1 available in any of my local red box kiosks? It shows up, but isn't actually available to rent. It doesn't show that it's unavailable, so I'm wondering if it's only available at particular locations?

Are all the movies I see on redbox.com available at a box near me?
