How Do I Unsubscribe And Send A Book Back That I Did Not Order

I did not sign up to order books. Ireceived v ol 4-11 Never Look Away in Sept. some time. The packaging was all torn and crushed with no invoice, bill or information of any kind on how to return it. I do not want it or any more. Phyllis Rygh 1119 9nth st. Beloit WI. 53511 acc.# 00244715447
