Rca Rp5022a

I have had this recorder for WELL over 13 years. It would connect to my Windows 2000 laptop with no problem. I found it the other day and need to copy the notes on it to my Windows 10 laptop. The recorder displays 'PCLINK' on the display, but my laptop will not recognize it. Any suggestions?
