Computer Can't Find My Rca Mp3 Player Th1814

There are several conditions that could cause this. Here are some suggestions to resolve the issue:
- Try a different USB port on the PC.
- If connecting through a USB hub, remove the hub and directly connect to the PC.
- If using an extension USB cable, remove the extension cable and directly connect to the PC.
- Stop playback on the player before connecting it to the PC.
- Remove the battery inside TH1814, then press and hold the “Mode” key for 10 seconds. Reinstall the batteries and connect the TH1814 to the computer.
- Open the RCA easyRip Manager and check for firmware updates. If an update is found, update the firmware on the TH1814 by following the on-screen instructions.
Look at your computer's taskbar (next to where it displays the time). Is the RCA Detective icon there?

- Click on the RCA EasyRip icon to launch the RCA EasyRip Module Dock.
- Click on 'Start' and select 'All Programs.'
- Select 'RCA Detective,' then click on the 'RCA Detective' displayed with the icon.
