I Received A Rca 5 Disc(rs2867b)player.it Stopped Working After A Short Time.it

I received a RCA 5 disc(RS2867B)player in Dec as a Birthday gift.It was originally purchased at Target.It stopped working after a short about 2 months.I have gone thru all the "trouble shooting" info,nothing helps or applies to me.The system is just displaying AM and the power/standby light goes on and that's all it will do.I have unplugged it for a couple days at a time but that doesn't change anything.One night by accident-I hit the power button to the outlet it is plugged into and I heard the tray(with discs) moving.I stopped,and it let me program some radio stations,but after about 5 minutes it went back to not responding AT ALL and has not changed since.It wouldn't play a disc,it just kept turning til it died again.I can't even seem to find their CS department...let alone a person to ask.

I suggest you return it to Target & tell them it was a Birthday gift. If they don't resolve the exchange contact RCA CS@ 877-506-3411 for warranty assistance.
