I Have The Rt2870-a Rca Receiver
My Rca Receiver Just Died On Me... I Took It Apart To Check On The Fuse And To See If Anything Fried On The Board But Nothing...now There Is A Flashing Red Light Around The Power Button...what Does This Mean ?
