If your RCA RP3710 clock is running at a very fast speed and is not keeping the correct time, there could be a few possible causes.
First, check to make sure that the clock is set to the correct time zone and that daylight saving time settings are properly adjusted. If the clock is set to the wrong time zone or is not accounting for daylight saving time, it may appear to be running fast.
