Firmware Problem

I just bought a rca M6204-B mp3 player. I couldn't see my mp3 files in the music folder.So I did a format and restore to defaults. The music folder in now gone. How can I get it back. I also tried to install new firmware but I could not complete this. Do u have a video how to do this are a step by step guide.Hope to hear from u soonRiad

Sorry but formatting erases everything on the device and there's no way you can get it back.
