What Does It Mean?
When I turn on my mp3 it says "profiling requires 20mb free space shutting down". What does that mean?

You are probably out of space on your player. You need to delete songs from your MP3 player, and since it shuts down on start up, in order to do this, you will need to hook the player up to your computer.
You should have received software (MusicMatch) with your player so that your pc will be able to access your MP3 player. After installing, hook your MP3 player up to the computer via USB.
Go to "My Computer"
Look for "Removable Disk"
Look for "Songs Folder"
From here you can delete approximately 15 songs to free up 20 MBs of space allowing your MP3 player to once again work properly.
