Unit Locked In 'hello' Mode
My unit has stopped reading the VHS or DVD drives. It stays in the "Hello" mode. I can not shut the unit down. When I disconnect power cord, the VHS starts to turn, but then immediately moves to "Hello" and stays there. If It feed a tape into the VHS drive, it takes the tape but does not allow it to be ejected.
