How Do You Change The Format On This Tv With A Universal Remote With No Zoom But

Pleases making help me or more and RCA TV used with no original remote I have gotten four different universal remote all with ratio buttons aspect buttons p size buttons and none of them will work on my TV and I don't know what to do if anybody can tell me anything I'd really appreciate it please thank you so much in advance I can't wait to hear anything back from anybody please and thank you have a great day and God bless
