What Does It Mean Scan For Channels And How To Do This?

Hello Iboyarin, scan for channels usually means you will need to have your HDTV look for over the air channels using your RCA antenna. Please keep in mind that this will only apply if you have an HDTV and not an older CRT TV. The way to do this is to make sure your TV is on the TV input, go to the menu, select the channels menu, make sure the source is set under antenna or air, and select auto scan. The TV will look for a signal coming from your antenna which is receiving your over the air local channels.
