Passwords Are Lost Because Person Quit. What Can We Do?

Are you stating that you had an employee who was handling your accounting and they are the only one that knows those passwords, if so call them and ask them to give them to you.

If they refuse then hold any benefits you owe them, until they return your intellectual property.

This is just my opinion, I do not know what legal implications are involved. If the employee refuses your request try this site:
