How Do I Get A Refund On Downloaded Versions Of Quicken And Quickbooks?

Two days ago I ordered downloads of Quciken Home & Business 2010 and Quick Books Accounting Simple Start. What I needed was Quick Books Pro 2010. I bought the disc of QuickBooks Pro 2010 from Staples. But need a refund for the downloads.
