How Do I Cancel Two Of Three Online Backup Accounts Set Up With Three Id's?

After requesting on-line backup I received three e-mails with three different account ID numbers accepting my request. I then requested that two be cancelled. Have now received three e-mails with the 3 account numbers advising that my credit card will be billed. I really need help in getting this corrected!
