Need To Obtain Prior Mammogram Screening Results From Quest
I've had mammogram screenings at the Park Street, Vienna location and the Woodburn Center. I need to obtain the results of all prior screenings from Quest.

Quest will not provide screening results to you -- only to the ordering physician. Sorry. You may be able to get the results sent to an alternate physician: phone 866-697-8378.
