How To Get Fax Number For Specific Quest Location?

My doctor's office needs to fax lab orders for my upcoming Quest appointment, but I'm having trouble finding it. I have called Quest's main number (which is only number given for all Quest locations). I did find a website that gives phone numbers for each location, but location I have appointment for is not listed. I have tried calling some that are listed, but it goes to recorded message, never a person. I would normally just pick up orders from my doctor's office, but they are in another county and I would prefer not driving that far if I don't need to
