My Flip Screen Wont Flip Out On My Ptls 78 Dub

Gently press the RESET button to reset your system with a thin object with a pointed end. Briefly press to slide the monitor out of slot or slide the monitor inside of slot. Press and hold this button to tilt up and down the monitor. Press it to turn the unit ON , press and hold to turn the unit OFF.
