My Pyle 720 Filled With Water And Nowhas Stopped Working. Any Suggestions

Make sure your camera is powered on.
Find a pin or small paper clip.
Insert the pin into the factory reset recess located above the switch on the back of the camera.
Press and hold for 10 seconds. The top and middle LED lights will turn off, then both flash red.
