Does Only One Speaker Work Using Bluetooth?

I just purchased these speakers and it seems only one works using bluetooth....is this correct? Is there a way to have both speakers work using bluetooth?

This is a follow-up...Bluetooth does not work at all if the speakers are wired per the diagram (nothing plugged into the 3.5mm)....bluetooth will only connect with the speaker wire disconnected, with sound only coming out of one speaker. Do I have faulty speakers?

My original question: I just purchased these speakers and it seems only one works using bluetooth....is this correct? Is there a way to have both speakers work using bluetooth?

No both of the speakers should work with bluetooth and if its not working then it may be faulty

check with cable of the speaker, remove and fix it back again and try.

if don't work, ideally the issue is with speaker of the connector the product and internal malfunction.
