Where Is My Check You Said You Were Sending??

I have cashed in a policy that I had since the 1980's and I answered questions when I called, and I filled out the form I was sent.  Now where is my check?  Now you see why I am cashing in this policy. I have found that I got no help with this account for years and years. Now , where is my check, I am about to call someone about this sounds like someone is dragging their feet about this. And I am angry!
