How Do I Get Protetion For Oulets

You need to be more specific. What sort of protection?
You can get baby shields at any hardware store that will keep kids from sticking things in an outlet.
Similarly you can get a surge and spike protected outlet strip at any hardware store.
If you want GFI protection that will involve changing out an outlet and possibly altering the in-wall wiring.
If none of those are what you need you'll need to leave more specific details about what you want.
