Travel Insurance

Can you fax me specific wording on cancelling a trip in the insurance purchased with air travel.  I found Berkely-Care, but when I click on "Other unforseen events as listed in the Discription Coverage."  I am transferred to an error message.  This same message appears through out the Travel Insurance document on line @ BerkleyCare; "BerkleyCare/AIG PASSESNGER TRANVEL PROTECTION PROGRAMS SUMMARY"
