Airport Car Rental

On the name your own price for cars at airport it lists AVIS ALAMO HERTZ BUDGET AND NATIONAL.  All of them are on premise.  Are there any OFF PREMISE or SHUTTLE SERVICE rentals included in the name your own price?  I definitely do not want to have to take a shuttle service to an off site location.
