Battery Draining, Traced To Obd Fuse, Chart Says 'dlc, Immobiler'. Suggestions?

So, as stated in the title, my battery is being drained. I can see the amps drawn decrease when the OBD fuse is pulled. I have removed the panels under the steering column and see no obvious issues. I cannot find a wiring diagram as of yet but am looking for some direction. Thanks for the help I hope!
