Where Is Ashtray Charege Fuse

Hi I am try find ashtray charge fuse because i need charge for auot -car charge for my cell phone need battery it and i did chck both of front and back seat outlet power assessory butI cant find and already look read book all the information about replay fuse auto car charge as need my cell phone need battery up thank you so much and have nice day
