Onstar Cell Antenna Malfunction

Does anybody have a link to troubleshooting Onstar system in my 08 Pontiac Grand Prix GP. Also have a diagram of where all the onstar components are in the vehicle? Due to the nature of the malfunction, could the vehicles communication unit be at fault or does it have to be the lines and the antenna? Thank you for your help.
