I Have A 2006 Pontiac Torrent. I Tried To Detail The Motor And Now The Cooling F

i treid to detail the motor and now the cooling fans and the drivers side parking lamps stay on with out the key inn the ignition and it seems that the low cooling relay area inn the the fuse box is smoking can anyone help me ?
