Hard Shifting On 2.4 L Pontiac G6 2006

We have periodic hard shifting on our 2.4 l Pontiac G6 2006. It will also jump when putting it in drive. It seems like this happens more often when the the weather is warm. When the problem lasts for a while the check engine light comes on. Code are P014 and P011.Was told that the problem could be the intake air censor. We replaced it , but the problem is not solved. Does anyone have any experience with this problem?Thank you so much for all answer and information
